Before you request

Does submitting the form book my appointment?

Not yet. It starts the review. Your appointment is secured only after the design is approved and the $50 deposit is paid. This deposit is required for most tattoos and is non-refundable.

Can the final price change?

Yes. The pricing guide is an estimate. Size, placement, detail, and design complexity determine the final quote.

What should I upload?

Upload one clear reference image that best communicates the idea. It can be artwork, a photo, or another tattoo used as inspiration.
